You can join ODEON Première Club in two ways:
1/ online by selecting here to go to our online joining page (opens in a new window) or
2/ by purchasing an ODEON Première Club card in your local participating cinema - and activating your card online or by returning your activation form to us.

There are three different Film Fan Packages in ODEON Première Club. Classic Film Fan Package costs £1.99 with 100 introductory ODEON Points to your account. Deluxe Film Fan Package costs £4.99 with 500 introductory ODEON Points to your account and Ultimate Film Fan Package costs £9.99 with 1000 introductory ODEON Points with one month double ODEON Points.

You can activate your ODEON Première Club card online just select here to go to the online activation page (opens in a new window). To complete this you will need your ODEON Première Club card number and the PIN number, which can be found on the reverse of the card.

Alternatively, complete the activation form included in your welcome pack and return it to us in the envelope provided or hand it in at your local cinema.

Earning ODEON Points

You'll earn 10 ODEON Points for every full pound you spend at ODEON cinemas or here at odeon.co.uk. Just hand your card over before you buy or, once you've activated your card, log in before you buy.

Spending ODEON Points:

Here's what you can look forward to getting with your ODEON Points:

Small soft drinks (Dispensed drinks only): 300 ODEON Points
Small sweet or salted popcorn (Loose popcorn only): 400 ODEON Points
Standard seat ticket: 800 ODEON Points
Premier seat ticket: 1000 ODEON Points
Gallery seat ticket: 1500 ODEON Points
3D add an additional 300 ODEON Points per ticket to the relevant ticket values above.
IMAX add an additional 300 ODEON Points per ticket to the relevant ticket values above.
IMAX 3D add an additional 600 ODEON Points per ticket to the relevant ticket values above.

You can earn Points on:
Purchases of cinema tickets, food and drink in Cinema (including at automatic ticket machines), redeeming paper gift vouchers at the cinema Box Office, cinema tickets via the Website, and any applicable Card Handling Fees.

Excludes:
Purchases via the ODEON Filmline; alcoholic drinks; Costa Coffee; goods and services sold on behalf of a third party; corportate purchases; purchases of paper gift vouchers, and any promotional vouchers/incentives.

You can redeem your Points against purchases of cinema tickets at Cinemas (including automatic ticket machines) or via the Website, selected retail items ie small loose popcorn/small dispensed soft drink in cinema.

You cannot redeem Points against: purchases via the ODEON Filmline; purchases of alcohol;purchases of paper gift vouchers; Costa Coffee; purchases of goods and services sold on behalf of a third party and purchases of tickets to private showings.

Points cannot be redeemed until your Card is activated and the Points credited to your account, and Introductory Points cannot be redeemed during the 3 days after the day you joined the Club.

When purchasing tickets online, ensure you are logged into your ODEON Première Club account to have your account information attached to your booking. When purchasing tickets and/or retail in cinema then please produce your ODEON Première Club card at the beginning of the transaction.

Anyone over the age of 16 can join the ODEON Première Club.

Once you have joined ODEON Première Club you will receive your ODEON Première Club card, literature on the benefits and, for in-cinema registrations only, a registration form and pre-addressed envelope for your registration form. Terms and conditions Apply.

Film Fan Tuesday gives all our ODEON Première Club cardholders a fantastic 25% off their ticket price every Tuesday!
Only applies to one ticket for the cardholders personal use only and only for performances on Tuesday. Does not apply to Child or Family tickets and only applies to Teen tickets where the cardholder is 16 or 17. Not available for Odeon Plus, special screenings or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Not available over the Filmline or using points.

All ODEON Points earned will expire after 28 days if the card is left unregistered. Any unused ODEON Points on a registered card will expire 24 months after earning them.

Once sold, tickets are not exchangeble or refundable. However in certain circumstances tickets can be cancelled and points refunded at the managers discretion.

You can amend all of your personal details online by logging on to your web account at the top of every website page and click on 'my details’.

If your card is damaged - a replacement ODEON Première Club card can be ordered by sending in your old card (ensuring you take a note of your card number), a self addressed envelope and a contact telephone number to Freepost ODEON Première Club.

Earned ODEON Points are usually added to your account within 24 hours of the performance, points earned on retail will be added within 24 hours (please note that in some cases it can take up to 3 days).

Depending on how you´ve earned your points, they´ll normally be available for you to redeem at different times.

Introductory ODEON Points – 3 days from the day after you join the Club.
ODEON Points on film tickets – 24 hours after the performance has ended
ODEON Points on retail items – within 24 hours

Your ODEON Points will be reported on the left hand side of the web page when you are logged into your account and in cinemas on the bottom of your receipt in the form of a balance summary and on your online account as a full transaction statement.

It is not possible to redeem ODEON Points from multiple ODEON Première Club cards. If more than one card is to be used, two different transactions will need to be made.

It is only possible to earn ODEON Points on family or friends ticket and/or retail purchases if you are making payment for them.

It is not possible to credit your ticket and retail purchases to a friend or families ODEON Première Club card, however if you are over 16 years old then you can join the ODEON Première Club by selecting here (opens in a new window) or at your local ODEON cinema.

ODEON Points can be credited to your ODEON Première Club account by sending the tickets and a proof of purchase showing you have paid by credit or debit card, along with your ticket stubs to Freepost ODEON Première Club.

It is not possible to purchase an ODEON Première Club card for a friend or family. However if they are over the age of 16 years old they can purchase their own ODEON Première Club card by selecting here (opens in a new window) or asking at a participating cinema.

It is not possible to change your ODEON Première Club Film Fan Package from one to another once purchase has been made. Guests can only have one email address per card number.

It is not possible to purchase more than one ODEON Première Club card.

It is not possible to spilt ODEON Points across ODEON Première Club cards. Payments have to be made separately.

ODEON Points will be credited to your ODEON Première Club account by sending your ticket stubs, your ODEON Première Club card number and contact number to Freepost ODEON Première Club. [See point 26 for process]

Your security question and answer would enable us to verify your identity when calling the helpline with a query to enable us to identify you and avoid fraudulent activity.

For tickets purchased using ODEON Points there is no Card Handling Fee applied.

If you have not ticked to receive marketing communications then your email address will not be used other than to send you a copy of our Terms and Conditions and information on changes to our ODEON Première Club that might effect you. Should you wish to opt into our marketing communications you can do this by logging into your account and changing your options. It is also just as simple to opt out of our communications.

The ODEON Première Club team will notify any changes to the Terms and Conditions via the website, emails and in-cinema messaging.
